I highly recommend Kindra Tragesser, of Urban Homestead Designs. We asked Kindra to come to our home to help us do a complete redesign. We knew we wanted something different but we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do. We laughed and told her we wanted to do our own little version of “Love It or List It.” I was ready to move while my husband wanted to stay.

She was able to come out within a few days, and helped us brainstorm what we wanted to change. She has a flexible schedule and has been able to accommodate our very busy schedule, which we appreciate tremendously! She is easy to talk to and we came to quickly trust her. At times I felt is she was a mind-reader, as she was able to articulate changes to the house that I wanted but just couldn’t think of myself. I love that she is very professional yet down to earth with a great personality and sense of humor. Whenever I had a question or concern she responded very quickly. I also loved that she coordinated all of the work for us, from scheduling estimates and obtaining quotes. This was a huge stress reliever for us!

And lastly, her sense of style is phenomenal… she appreciates all of the various styles people may desire and works to achieve their goals within their budget!!

My husband and I have worked with Kindra on two different homes over the past couple of years.

Currently we are working with her on our lake home. We are always impressed by Kindra’s unique gift of understanding what you, as the client, wants. Especially when you aren’t really sure yourself and realize you have been throwing thoughts and ideas at her left and right. She just rolls with it and collects her thoughts as if it’s no big deal. She seemingly transforms any sitting and makes it everything you would expect and more!
